Skandi Hercules Returns for ONGC D1 Chain Loading

SOC welcomes the return of Skandi Hercules to Bintan again for the loading of 2400 tons of mooring chains.

Another milestone achieved by Singatac.  After much anticipation and planning, the rig arrived on 18th October. 

Tremendous activities followed and it was quick pace all the way to the end.  The team (meaning everyone on the frontline and backroom support) did well.
